Meaning of the word HABIT:
1. an action done on a regular basis – “It’s become a habit to have a glass of wine with dinner” a long item of clothing worn by nuns and monks – “Catholic and Buddhist monks both wear habits”
2. an item of clothing worn uniformally for a specific activity – “The new riding habits of the team looked smashing!” It has been scientifically proven that red wine is beneficial if drunk daily on a moderate scale. It is good in the prevention of build-up in the arteries and is known to decrease risk with the incidence of strokes. So drink up!!
